Prior to firmly establishing a career in Healthcare Management & Administration, I completed medical school and training in a 1500+ bed tertiary care multi-specialty teaching hospital in India. Following this, I earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
With increasing responsibility, I have executed projects & consulting assignments in Operations, Business Development, Business Strategy, Process Improvement, Medical Management, Product Development & Marketing.

Proactively monitor and measure assigned client program data throughout the year; provide clients with timely and meaningful insight and/or recommendations

Work with senior executives, departmental leaders and staff across divisions and within as needed.
Research statutes, regulations, licensure guidelines, and bulletins to support or address issues for proposed, new and existing business units and functions.
Schedule, complete and maintain regulatory filings required by state and federal agencies in accordance with statutory requirements including new business regulatory filings and applications.
Work cross functionally within the matrix organization to define, coordinate and manage client requests and resolve client issues/concerns. Work internally with technology, legal, sales, implementation, operations, clinical, marketing and communication teams to design and deliver client programs. Will work externally with clients who are in human resources and/or technology roles.
Provide proactive client/broker service and outreach to provide guidance, support and program consultation renewals and direct program re-launches
Perform facility unbilled activities including physician query follow up, physician incomplete record follow up, collaboration with facility department leaders in monitoring and working unbilled reports, working the applicable queues, working the applicable unbilled management reports and queues, and management of HIM operations unbilled processes.
Work with facility HIM responsible workflow queues (includes, but is not limited to, the Facility HIM Department Queue, all Coding Pend for Queues, Review Queues, Unknown Document Queue, Cancelled Accounts Queue and all Wait for Queues) according to established workflow guidelines and schedules.
